- 2 – large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup – sliced strawberries
- 1 cup – maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons – unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup – blueberries

Just made these pancakes this morning and they were excellent. I'm pretty impressed with Swans Down Cake Flour. If I had only known about it years ago. Better late then never I guess.

I bought a box of swam cake mix. Made the cake from back of box with less ingredients..turn out good!
I've been using Swans for years. My Granny used it. But I haven't ever thought to use it for pancakes!!! Pan...CAKES! Never. I am rethinking some recipes. Thank you Swans.
