Hi Norma, In the Kitchen Tips of the recipe it offers a variation for Chocolate. Just add 1 cup of sifted cocoa powder to the whipped butter before adding the condensed milk. Let us know if you try it. Happy Baking!
Does this need to be stored in refridgerator after cake is frosted ?
Hi Roxann, Cakes frosted with Russian Buttercream Frosting do not require refrigeration. It should do fine at room temperature. Happy Baking!
