The Galette des Rois is an ancient French tradition – it’s a delicious cake served since the Middle Ages in celebration of the arrival of the Three Kings (Wise Men) to visit the Baby Jesus. Of course it’s also the foundation of the famous New Orleans King Cake tradition and a perfect dessert to serve with coffee anytime of the year.

Do you have a recipe for Peach Cobbler?
Hi Wanda, While Swans Down does not have a Peach Cobbler recipe we do have a Peach Crumble that is posted below and an Apple Pie Cake that if prepared with peaches would be very similar to a cobbler.
PEACH CRUMBLE (9x13 inch glass baking pan - Also delicious when made with apples)
For Filling: For Topping:
6-8 fresh peaches, peeled & sliced 1 cup sifted Swans Down Cake Flour 3⁄4 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon 1 1⁄4 cups uncooked oats 1 cup firmly packed
2 tsp. granulated sugar light brown sugar
Preheat oven to 375°. Butter and lightly flour a 9x13 inch baking pan. Sift Swans Down Cake Flour once then
measure. For Filling: Arrange peaches in a 9-inch glass baking dish. Mix together cinnamon and sugar;
sprinkle over peaches. For Topping: Combine all topping ingredients and mix to crumbly. Cover peaches
with crumble mixtures. Bake 30-35 minutes, until peaches are tender.
The best flour in the whole world. The cakes always comes out perfect and not dry
