  1. FROST cake with Mousseline Frosting, spreading frosting smoothly around cake.
  2. FILL piping bag with melted white chocolate. Create drips by piping chocolate on and over edge of cake. Let first layer harden slightly, then repeat piping to create the look of melted wax.
  3. PLACE candle in center of cake.
