- 1 1/2 cups shredded extra-sharp white Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup finely chopped red onion
- Fresh oregano leaves, fresh basil leaves and ground black pepper, for garnish
