I am looking for a recipe that used to be printed on the back of Swans Down Cake Flour box for Carrot Cake and it had crushed pineapple in the cake. I cannot seem to find it and have misplaced my copy. It was either late 1980 or early to mid 1990 when I used to make the cake. It really was the best carrot cake ever. Is there anyway that you would have a copy of the recipe that was on the box? I have looked in all your cookbooks with no luck. Thanks

Can any of your recipes be made with sugar free sugar and still bake nicely
Hi Zo, We have not tested our recipes using sugar free substitutes. We would recommend you visit sugar substitute websites for cake recipes they have developed and tested. You can always still use Swans Down Cake Flour with those recipes. Happy baking!
