Made these cookies and they are great, but how do I store them? Will they harden in the fridge?
Hi Eva, Good Question. The sugar in the icing will preserve the cream cheese for a day or two if your home is at a temperature of about 70. Anything much higher than that you may want to store them in the fridge. Happy baking!
